🌞 Conscious Electricity Use

Here in Punta Cana, electricity is quite costly. To keep things fair and eco-friendly, we charge for electricity separately at check-out, based on usage. This encourages conscious use while keeping costs transparent. Punta Cana’s electricity provider, CEPM, charges about 20 Dominican Pesos per kilowatt (kw). We’ll check the meter together upon arrival and departure to calculate your usage:

This approach allows you to manage your electricity use, and we’re happy to help you with tips on how to keep things efficient.

🔒 Safety First

While our property is generally safe, it’s best suited for adults and kids over 6 years old. If you choose to bring younger children, we kindly ask that you keep an eye on them to ensure their safety.

🚪 Security Check

For your peace of mind (and ours!), please double-check that all doors and windows are securely locked before leaving the unit. Not only does this help keep everything safe, but it also protects against Punta Cana’s occasional rain showers.

🎶 Enjoy Quiet Hours

To keep Playa Turquesa peaceful, we observe quiet hours from 11:30 PM until sunrise. During these times, we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, helping everyone rest and recharge.

🏡 Respectful Environment

Our community values respect and comfort for all guests and neighbors. Excessive noise isn’t permitted, and we may need to take action if the volume disrupts the peaceful atmosphere. Let’s keep things friendly and serene for everyone’s enjoyment!

👥 Occupancy Guidelines

For the comfort and safety of everyone, we ask that only the registered guests stay in the unit. Extra guests beyond those initially registered could result in ending the rental agreement, so let us know in advance if you have any questions or changes.

🐾 Pet-Free Property

For the comfort of all our guests, we’re a pet-free property. We ask that no pets are brought onto the premises to maintain a clean and allergy-friendly space for everyone.

🚭 Smoking Policy

To keep the air fresh and the space comfortable, smoking is not permitted inside the unit. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to create a healthy environment.

📜 No Subletting

To maintain a secure and trusted environment, subletting the unit is not allowed.

🛠 Care and Maintenance

We kindly ask that you treat the property with care and respect, leaving it as you found it for the next guest. If any damages occur during your stay, you’ll be responsible, but we’re always here to assist should you need help or have any questions.

🚮 Waste Disposal

Please help us keep Playa Turquesa clean by disposing of trash in the bins across from the parking lot.

👥 Visitor Policy

To maintain security, only registered guests with wristbands are allowed to use Playa Turquesa facilities. This policy helps ensure that everyone’s stay is safe and pleasant.

🌊 Pools Beach

The pool is a favorite spot for many, so please follow these rules to keep it enjoyable for everyone:

Pool Hours: Open from 8 am to 9 pm for a clean and safe environment.
Before Swimming: Please shower.
Safety Rules: No jumping, running, or glass items are allowed in pool areas. Minors should always be supervised.
Music: Playing music through speakers is not permitted.
Lounge: chairs cannot be reserved, and private parties in the gazebo, pool bar or beach club require prior approval.

🌅 Peaceful Enjoyment

We aim to offer a relaxing and enjoyable stay for everyone. We kindly ask that any large gatherings remain respectful and quiet to uphold the peaceful vibe of the community.

🏡 Balcony

To keep the community looking its best, please avoid hanging any items like clothes, towels, or other objects on balcony railings or facades.

🚫 Legal Activity

We kindly ask that guests engage only in lawful activities on the premises. Any illegal activities will result in immediate termination of the stay.

📦 Personal Belongings

If you leave any personal items behind, we’ll do our best to return them. However, if unclaimed within two weeks, we may repurpose them.
